could you please tell me how i would attach one of these sliders to a question survey and how data is collected…

1. if i want to attach each of these sliders to questions in a survey all on one page.. how will the information be collected… and where is it collected..

2. would you please give me an example of the code that ill attach to the function to have it save the answers somewhere…

Hey good file, this saves me a lot of time. I’m trying to call the value from within a condition and your array set up doesn’t seem to work.
