Can you limit the number of friends that can added? I might need to restrict the number, I don’t want it to bleed out into other parts of the site.

yeah on line 30 and 53 if (mailCount == 4) { Set 4 to what ever. Sorry i should have put this in a var. if you want to send me over the files and i can make the change for you. that’s not a problem.

Where would I add a BCC line so i coudl track who sends it to who?

I think it is what I am looking for so please help me to find out.

I need to add to my flash Contact page a button called ‘Send this site to a friend’ and next to it an empty field. The user fills up the field with his/her friend’s e-mail, clicks on the button and my site’s URL is sent this person with a little greetings.

Can I use bits of your app to accomplish that?

Thanks so much for this great file!

I’ve installed this on my site and can only send/receive an email when the “sent from” email is an account on my own server/domain.

for example, it’s hosted on www.ijustmight.com and i have to send it from my email “—-@ijustmight.com” to whomever, and it works. If I enter a different from email, it still says it’s sent, but users don’t receive anything…

any help would be much appreciated… Please let me know if you need any more info.

Hi Marc,

That’s due to your server configuration. Some servers are stricter in there set up than others. try setting the code below just after <?php in the php script.

ini_set (“sendmail_from”,”noreply@youremail.com”);

as well as tried

<?php ini_set (“sendmail_from”,”noreply@ijustmight.com”);

(not sure if it was meant to be generic since many people would be sending emails…)

but now I can’t send any email at all. I’m totally lost on the matter. Thanks again in advance for any light you can shed on this.
