How to Import package into your Unity 3D:
Make sure your Unity Project is open in the scene you want to place files within the package.

• Double Click the SnowParticlesPrefab.unitypackage then click on the import button
  — or —
  
• Assets > Import Package > select SnowParticlesPrefab.unitypackage > Open > then click on the import button.

Apply snow to scene:
Drag SnowParticlesPrefab to the Scene or Hierarchy from Project Folder > Particles By Unluck _ActiveDen.net.

Notes
While changing the SnowParticlesPrefab size also change Min Emission and Max Emission to make it snow more.
