Hi there! It is my first time working with external swf’s or any external file at all and learning about Flash AS and websites…I am making a simple page with a business card layout and want to add this file into my flash stage but noticed the whole thing shows up and I think I have to call the file inside the flash document and don’t know how to…Is it easy to make?

Hi. Everything works fine, except the encoding of foreign characters, such as é á etc. Please advise me how to resolve this issue. Thanks.

ttorres, It sounds like you are having a masking issue. Just create a mask for what you want hidden.

Just purchased it, but there is no AS3 included, is there any CS3 version or easy way to convert to AS3 ? thank you, nice file.

Everytime I apply a mask to this movieclip, the text disappears completely. Is there a way to solve this? Am I applying the mask incorrectly?

Do I add my own security to the form? i.e. captcha? Or is it included?

Hey man, great file! just a quick one before buying, is it possible to just ask for name, and email, then send? like skip the last fields, I know my way around AS2 and PHP , not an expert by any means but not quite in the dark.

hmm…I tried using this on a website, and loaded all correct files, and php email will not work. Can’t figure out why. Not getting any emails.

I need for this to be embeded into an existing flash site, but when I upload the swf into it, it looks crazy-looking. Can you help me set this up so that it will work in the CONTACT US area of my flash site? To give you and idea, I want to embed it in the CONTACT US area of an exisiting flash , and work from the external files just like it does as a standalone.

Hellow! Everything has been working ‘fine’ since I found out what I had been doing wrong. But I have a NEW question for one of my projects:

I need the .swf to show a path ‘other than’ the root of where the .swf is, for the other 2 files. I want the .swf to be on one server, but point to the ‘tinyemail.xml’ and ‘sendemail.php’ files located on another server.

How can I get into the flash of the .swf and tell it ‘where to look’ for these other two files?

Nice item. I want to purchase it. Question: The sebscribers detailsl be in a php file? or maybe xml??

I found a similar item, but the details are sent to owner e-mail. This means he has to collect all the details from each e-mail and place them manualy in a list. How yours works?
