This is my first ActiveDen file and I love it.

However I am unable to change the background transparency… I figured 1 meant 100% visible.. and 0 meant invisible.. anyway.. whatever number I enter in the xml: bgAlpha=”0” bgAlpha=”1” bgAlpha=”0.1” bgAlpha=”50” bgAlpha=”100” ...there is no transparency change in my output file whatsoever

I used the given method to put my spacesavermail in my main fla as such (it is for a total flash website): var ssEmail:DXC381_email = new DXC381 _email(250, 50, “email_page.xml”); addChild(ssEmail);

It works fine, I can change colors with the xml, words etc, mails are sent.. but no alpha change…

Not sure how that is possible… Any idea ?

Well I never got an answer about the inability to make the background’s alpha = 0 using just the xml…

but for those who want a transparent bg just delete the few lines of AS pertaining to bg in the DXC381 _email.as

amazing email form… crashes on my flash AS3 website using the UILoader.. don’t know why!

This may be useful to some people, but it was utterly worthless for me. Unfortunately, it contains only a basic PHP file with no SMTP info, so none of the servers I tried it on would deliver an email. I posted to the help forum and even contacted the developer via email and never got a response either time.

I asked for a refund from ActiveDen. It looks great, just doesn’t do what I needed it to do. I would definitely recommend checking with your site host before purchasing this.

Hi Is it possible to include automatically the page URL in the transmitted email similar to send to a friend?

I like this file. Nice and works but there is one issue. when you get to the end and you hit the plus icon to start over. The inputs no longer have any kind of validation on them. How to fix?
