Static charge is a full percentage based pre-loader with a difference instead of a visible bar resizing to the percentage of loaded content Static charge has a Lightning bolt instead, which increases in length to the content percent loaded.
Also as the content loads the percentage & is displayed & is as it increments sparks burst from the loading text as if its discharging.
Very good preloader for Music sites, Game sites and clubs etc.
As stated it is drag & drop so very easy to use the code is fully commented giving instructions on how to adjust the sparks and lightning etc.
