ricosushi, resizing the button_MC doesn’t work… Like I said, when I resize it, the hand cursor appears over the expanded area, but the actual hit area is still the same size.. Tried converting the button_MC instance (right now it is the gallerypanel MC symbol) to another movieclip, then a button, but nothing works.. Any suggestions would be most welcome..

I think i understand now whats happening. The automatic close is closing the menu.

Try this.

Inside the galleryMenu_MC in the as layer find this line ( about line#158 ) and change the value 60 to a higher value.

// if mouse leave close this

if(_xmouse > 60 and openFlag ){

Is there a way to change the action script slightly to make it function vertically. If so it would be very helpful.

Hi there. Instead of clicking (or hovering over) an image to view an enlarged version of the image, can I instead click on the image and be sent to a URL . (I am thinking of using this as a means to navigate to different parts of a site, rather than using it purely as a means of displaying imagery).

Secondly, can the overall height and width of the display be changed to fit a specific size on my website? I have 437px wide by 57px tall.

Hi, I have purchased this item, and would like to know one or two things.

(Note, I have disabled galleries, and my display is horizontal, not vertical).

1. When I mouseover an image, I get a small white bubble with black text. However, the height of my horizontal scrolling display (your flash) is only 57px tall, which means that the bubble and the text are invisible if the user puts their mouse near the top of the horizontal scrolling display. (It can be seen if they mouse is put over the bottom of the horizontal scrolling display.) Is there any way to bring the bubble and text closer (or beside) to the cursor/mouse?

2. I have made the thumbnails link to a URL , but it is opening in a target blank though I haven’t specified that. How do I make the URL I ’m pointing to open in the same window?

3. Sometimes when the horizontal scrolling display (your flash) it shows the thumbnails farthest to the right, rather than showing the thumbnails farthest to the left, any idea how I might resolve this?

4. The top and bottom of my thumbnails are being cropped. How can I make the full height of my thumbnails visible?

Is posible to display the info in the rollover of the tumb doun or up in the image instead of the balloon it have now?????

And is possible to put 2 diferentes links in the info display.
