I think that it is necessary that you can cut an image with a width and height specified ( I not see currently the controls for do that).
Another feature that is very often used is that the image you can add an outline with a specific width as well as its color.

first, scale image to 0.5 or something then flip horizontal, or skew etc. it re-scales the image as i see
