Typewriter text effect

fluidstudio, this happens sometimes when you zip a file on pc and unzip it on mac. what you need to do is, that you open the fla, click on “publish settings” and specify the path to the swf and republish it again, and that would solve the problem. dont forget to resave your fla aftr that

Hi, I’m new to this; I’ve opened the file and hit F9 to see what’s in the action script panel. Didn’t see where the text actually is, in other words, how do i add mine if it has to be done through a.s.panel? Thanks for your help!

local, double click on movie clip “typer” to open it. first fame first line is where the text should take place. simply change the “green text” between ”” and you are don!

Presume this can be done by changing a dynamic text field setting, but thought I’d check… Is it possible to stop the lines from jumping to full justification when they get to the end of the block (as they do in the preview above). I want the lines to remain left-justified.

Thank you for this file it helped out. I had one question about using the html tags for an anchored hyperlink. When I had the code in there is a long pause before the text for the link appears is there any way to speed this up?
