ULTIMATE XML TEMPLATE V2

Hi Damojo-

I’m having a problem recompiling the contact.swf- making any changes to the source file, in this case, just the color, the form doesn’t work- the error fields and info text headings (Address:, Phone:, etc) also disappear. I am using CS4 as2.

Any suggestions?

BTW - never got back to you on the video smoothing fix- thankyou- it worked great.

Thanks for the font information, but it turns out the form is still not working- ONLY , when using Go Daddy as the host- I have tested it on another provider and it works fine- Both are using PHP 5 /Apache 2.2. I am baffled- any insights on issues with Go Daddy and the mail.php script?

How hard would it be to have a text link to do the following…

click on text link to play mp3 click on text link to change picture, like in the news area..

i need to know how change the font size in the body text

Under the news the image is set to a certain size…when you expand the news, can this image also be expanded/changed?

Barring that, the dropdown on the Text Content…any number of test & media can be added to the dropdown?

Is it possible (either out of the box or with a simple modification) to have a gallery that has both thumbs to larger images AND thumbs to URL links?

I know that the client list module does url links – but it would be helpful to be able to mix the two methods within a page.

One more question. We’d like to reduce the vertical height of the thumbnails for each staff listing. (we’d like to fit more on the screen before scrolling) There doesn’t appear to be an option for this in the XML . Can you direct me to perform this change in the FLA .

How do you change the color of the links and text again? is it hard coded in the flash? or is it in the xml?

Hi: Can i remove the text field that appears below the images in the galleries? I need that extra space from the text box that remains even if i delete the text.

Having trouble making the height of each video list entry bigger. like i want a bigger thumbnail and more space to describe the video. i can increase the height of the whole area, but not the height of each selected area in the gallery.

im having a problem with the video full screen option. it only works properly with 4:3 aspect ratio vids. I have 16:9 videos and they wont go to fullscreen. The video just pops to the middle of the screen and remains the size it was when its not in fullscreen mode. Any suggestions? Your speedy assistance is greatly appreciated.

First off i must thank you for the quick response. Ok here are the answers to your questions.

1. I am using both the single player and the video gallery.

2. My video player size is a custom size which isnt a 16:9 format. The video file itself though is 16:9 but is letter boxed when playing.

3. I not entirely sure how this meta data part works. But i havent messed with that part as yet.

What If i want to add another player to this site, how would i go about it. I already copied all the files i need for this player to the respective folders (xml, videos, etc) But nothing happens. Do i need to edit some AS to get it to call the SWF I want?

What other video formats with work in the player? I’m using a m4v and it seems to be having trouble playing without buffering. Will .mov. and mp4 work?
