USA Push-PIN Interactive 3D Map

Hello I purchased the product a few days ago and need to modify size to fit my site. By virtue of this post, it’s obvious I’m ignorant with flash.

I attempt to follow these instructions posted earlier:

Open the flash file and go inside the “mc_map” movie clip, then select the 3 movie clips “botton_mc, USA & borders” at the same time and press the free transform tools on your top leaf corner and just resize.

Don’t forget re-order the pins coordinates in the XML file.”

When I highlight the 3 movie clips then click on Free Transform the 3 clips are unselected. I change the width & height in the properties. I test movie and page is smaller, but the map itself is not reduced. Not sure where to go next… Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This may be a dumb question, but I cannot find anything in the documentation.

How do I place this map in an existing html page?

Any chance of additional countries coming soon? I’ve used your WORLD MAP ADVANCE XML and will be using the USA one next, but would love CANADA and addional regions/countries…. please let me know when you build more love your work!

(forgive me as Flash isn’t my native tongue) I can see how I can (I’m using the trial edition of Flash Professionsl CS5 .5) alter the border thickness for the continental US and AK from your previous post, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to alter PR and HI’s border thickness. I’ve tried changing border HI and border PR but that had no effect. How do I change the outline for PR and HI?

Hello – is this Map easy to install on a wordpress page?

Wondering about removing PR on the map – I don’t need it for my application. Also might need to take off Alaska and/or Hawaii at a later date. Is that possible?

Could you be a little more descriptiive and helpful as to where I should delete them? Any additional help would be appreciated! Thx.

Can a map with pushpins be exported to PowerPoint?

Did you ever add the Canada portion? I am looking for USA with both Canada and Mexico.

If not, is there way to have pins drop in estimated places below and above USA Map so that we can represent those members we know from these other countries?

I saw your different samples of customization. Well some of my questions are answered but one. Is the actual pin itself able to be customizable? Can it be a different icon? I don’t think I’m planning on having it animated.

How do I change the background color of the map. I’ve changed the settings but am not seeing a change.
