It’s my first item here I was so worried about preparing the file properly for flashden. I’ve built an application some time ago and I needed icons like this one so I made this class rather than embeding PNG ’s.

I have a question tough, does anybody know if I could upload here large applications which use heavy server side and needs dedicated server to run?

you can upload heavy server side stuff but fd doesn’t allow php on its servers so you’d have to link to your own version hosted somewhere else…

I already have an “Icon generator” , sends the PNG to the server but I still have to write the documentation for it, I guess I’m gonna start do it and upload.

you could modify the class to do that (methods are commented) I could not do that because if so , some problems with text positioning would appear in some cases, and I did not want some inexperienced users to say I have a bug or something.

Positioning the text is kinda tricky cause it doesn’t work properly if you refer to textfiled so I kinda measure letters and distances between.

Can your Icon be used in Flex 3.x projects? Or do I need flash_cs3? Kind regards, Thordtrn

This makes a nice presentation but is limited by its size. If the image could be made larger – tall and/or wider enabling more text to be placed, this would sell much more. We would definitely buy it.
