Hello, How to make Central Europe special characters to show in Title and Body texts. I edited the .fla file and did character embedding but it doesn’t work. Kris

when i read comments, most of users ask about using special characters or languages.

it’s very easy. u can embed special characters or character sets. Of course if your font support.

open the main.fla file, go to library double click the AccordionItem. u will see “Title Text” and “Body Text” . click one of them and go to properties tab. u will see embed button. click it and embed which charachter/s u want.

Is there any way using Flash Vars to pass in a filename which will replace where the flash app looks for the accordion.xml file?

I would like to use a PHP file to dynamically generate the XML and I see no way to do this currently.

No Matter what I do, the flash player just comes up blank.. White. I don’t know if it’s having trouble finding an image, finding the accordion.xml, or any other problem.

The documentation doesn’t state anything about relative paths, or paths that the swf is using when looking to get the config xml file.

Please edit the description for this product with better details. For the cost of this component, there needs to be much better documentation on what it accepts.

Also, does it expect all items to be running on port 80? I’ve seen before in Flash where people hard code port 80 in.. But if you’re debugging in Visual Studio, then it will come up with a new debug port, and when it does, it won’t work.

This doesn’t seem to work with IE 8 . Perhaps because of the way I embedded it. Any thoughts?

I am thinking of buying this gallery. Can the side bars be adjusted in size ( Thickness) so they are 100px wide?

I think this will be perfect for a site I amk building.

The blocks would be built into the image so I would just need the side bars wide enough to hold the blocks. ..

I want to purchase this file, but I want to make sure that the swf will load from the left, not the right. I purchased a different accordian menu, and it doesn’t allow me to push images to either the left or right. I am looking for one that will do what I need. I want one image to be displayed as soon as a user views the page. Then, as they rollover the items, it displays a different image.

I noticed in the example on this site, it automatically stacks images to the right and opens on the left.

I want to have all of the images stack to the left so that it opens images to the right. Does anyone know if this can be controlled in this file?

I’m trying to integrate the XML Accordion Banner Rotator in my Wordpress plugin, and when I load the page with the flash object, it loads correctly the flash, but it seems to not search the accordion.xml file in the same directory (it gives me an error telling that the accordion.xml file is missing)

How can I tell him where is accordion.xml file?
