Sorry- Also is it possible to have seamless fade in fade out kind of transition. I was looking at the transitions on the site link but didnt see just straight fade into next “logo” or jpg.
Would you know why the banner is not appearing in other pages of the site.
Home page index is fine but other pages it continues to show the circle looping.

Hi,
Im almost 100% sure that this is due to relative file paths.
Please try using absolute filepaths like “http://www.angelfeliciano.com/tester1/image1.jpg” for the xml file and the images in the xml.

I did. I embeded the file inside the footer text/html widget. Shows fine in home page and links to homepage but when I navigate away from homepage, the loader button doesnt stop. Is this a php thing? I’m puzzled as to why it works on home url but not on other pages of the site. I though I just needed to place xml in one area for the site.
The flash is located in the footer which always shows.

Hi,
the loader not stopping is in indication of either the xml or an image not being found so there still seems to be an issue with the directories I guess.
If you dont need to regularly update the flash you can also hardcode the xml into it.

Not sure where in the ftp should I place the files. I know it’s reading just fine on the index or home page on footer. So that means the link is right in the footer widget. Puzzled as to why it’s not reading on other pages when it works just fine on footer on home page.
I don’t know if I should also import the swf/xml/ images folder onto another area of the wordpress admin.
Should I have it in main root page or inside the “root of the template called vision”.
Puzzled. I understand it’s a path directory issue but don’t know where exactly to place either the xml or images folder onto other areas of the site so it loads in every single wordpress page of the site.
Sorry for repeating myself. I’ve spent hours just trying to get this working properly and not allowing me to further finish this site.
What are your thoughts. Would you be able to possibly look at the ftp info for me and or assist me with this if at all possible.

Great work with the banner rotator. I have though a problem. I have resized the banners in xml but they don’t display properly.

Hi,
please use the live_externalxml.swf and the embedwithxml.html as a base.
I can see you used p4.swf… this is for preview purposes only and cant work.

For another one, you can duplicate the code in another area of the website but use a different xml file and a different (IMPORTANT) flash id which is “multicat” in this case (2 locations).

Greetings. Just bought this and am having some issues with Mozilla on my MAC not sizing the banner right. It enlarges the images in the box. Also not working on IE in XP.. The images are shrinking there rather than enlarging like in Mozilla..

Oh one more thing. How can I change the background color of the flash file? I want to make this white not black. I tried to do this and when I saved I got this error.
Error opening URL ‘file:///Client%5FData/%20•%20Websites/Websites%20in%20Progress/GREEN/xmlbanners/undefined’
So I am unable to resave the .FLA file.
Once again.. HELP !!

Hi,
its possible to save the .fla the error is due to the xml file not being found which doesnt matter. Just ignore it. The new .swf file will work!
For bg color you can also add this param in the embed html file:bgcolor: "#111111"
