XML CHROMATIC TEMPLATE - FULLSCREEN

Hi Sergio,

I am so glad that you are back. Your Template is just a wonderful piece of work and I really hope that there is more to come in the future. I work on this Template now for some time and I am very happy with it.

But now I have a problem.

In full screen mode, the mail form doesn´t work. It opens the form but you can´t click into the text fields. They are just dead….

If you return to normal screen, it works.

Any idea what to do? This is not a minor problem for me, hope you understand.

need contact form sample for server authentication otherwise I can not go online with my clients site. If this happens I will have to pay a contract penalty…......pls leave your cave…....I am waiting for you desperately!

Actually I am so fad up…..first he is offering no support anymore, then he is back, then he is back but only periodically but actually he is not back at all.

I have tried to contact the author so many times and he never was responding. Even the basic support is not available…........

Hi I purchased this template a while ago, I hope you are still giving the great support I’ve read here.

I’ve been doing a lot of modding to the template here and there, mostly colros and fonts, my problem is that by some strange reason, I can’t html format my HTML Module text box (Scene1/mc html/texoBox). I the XMl file I’ve tried the or tags but instead of formatting the text to bold or italic, it disappears, do you have any idea of what the reason could be?

I’ve tried replacing the whole mc_html movie clip with the one from the original file, and nothing.

Hope you can help me out soon.

Aditionally, the link bug reported by “creativecow”4 months ago is also affecting me big time (I’m using this template for a client). Do you have an estimated time to fix this?

Updating my html module html formatting question:

One thing I’m able to change is the text color using the tag, but the moment I add some tags, the text disappears.

Hi gr_81, I’ve found another bug, if you go to “Gallery Module w/subgalleries”, click on the first gallery, then click on the 9nth view, it stays highlighted when you keep clicking on the other 8 view buttons.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

You state that you can give only basic support. Your last post was 3 months ago, that’s way below basic support and I find it very unprofessional from your part.

Two of my questions aren’t about anything additional to the template, but reports about important bugs in the code that weren’t supposed to be there in the first place.

I hope you can solved them out for all of us. It will be a shame if you were removed from activeden (I’ve seen this happen) with such creative templates

Hello, The contact form does not work. It shows “sending” status and gets stuck. Any solution?
