XML Circle Mask Transition

Hello,

This is working great in all browsers (Safari, Firefox, etc.) but not in IE. I used the example HTML to embed this into my HTML document – and in Internet Explorer I am getting the following error:

You do not have the plug-in needed to view the “application/x-shockwave-flash” type information on this page. To get the plug-in now, click View Plug-in page.

Once clicking on that – there is no plugin – adobe says “your platform is not supported”

I researched and read it has something to do with IE no longer recognizing parts of the embed tag, etc. It’s a big beyond me….

Can anyone help here?!

PS – I’ve also tested your “AlphaCircle.html” file, and it does not work in IE as well… Any help here would be great.

How do I remove the first screen that says “XML Circle Mast Transition” from the flash? i don’t have access to adobe flash writer. Also what do i need to do to change the size of the flash?

gregciro, probably you must check the Security Settings in your IE.

photofan, just open the fla file and then remove it from the Stage.

Is it possible to show the images random?

a) Is there an access to mc graphics to change control buttons’ look, and position also? b) What if the image is big or connection is slow is there a preloader ?

graatw, yeah, it needs to modify two lines

lavaper a) yeah, at the beginning of AS you will find variables to set controls’ position. b) all the images are preloaded before start the animation.

I’m trying to layer the animation under a navigation that has transparancy. How can I do that?

I just purhcased this transition and I am having difficultly adjusting the size. Can the width not go beyond 500? I would like to have the deminsions of the player 950×300 and it regardless of where I adjust the sizes in the html and .fla file, it will not go above 500. Any assistance would be great. Other than that, awesome player!

Purchased this item and used for http site. when the site is converted to https the flash is not working it is blank. Flash animation itself is nto displayed

please be clear. the entire site will be in root directory and even images will be picked from the same location.

For https will there be any specific seperate location….? pls advice.

how can you make this start with no delay, showing first photo on load?
