XML falling snow

hello. i ran a flash site ( template bought from flashden by webmarbles ) I have minimum code experience and i want to add this snow effec. tHow i can put it on my site ? is there a manual ? Thanks.

Is there a simple function to have the snow stop falling? Ideally whatever snow is on the screen at the time the function is called would complete its movement, but no additional flakes would be generated.

Bought the file but have one question. Im struggling adding code to switch the mouse cursor from the standard arrow to a hand cursor. Its crucial I do this as it aids in making the viewer aware of the clickable event attached to the file.

Just purchased. My image background is 679×418 and is blown up and partly cut off when viewed. Is there a way to adjust it in the XML to accommodate that size? Thanks.
