Welcome to my Flying Banners file. As you can guess, it’s about banners flying in to the stage. But there’s something else you’ll find yourself noticing: the reflection. It’s.. well.. just have a look at the preview 
Even though the original intention was a banner rotator, this file is also great to use as an image viewer. You can simply disable the text and perhaps the navigational buttons, and you’re good to go.
Features include:- Completely XML driven – chances are you won’t need to open the .fla
- Text/Title can be styled using html – including hyperlinks
- Links can be added to the banners individually
- The target for these links can be set individually
- 7 Transitions can be set globally or individually (random is also an option)
- Display time can be set globally or individually
- Add as many banners as you want – the buttons are copied dynamically
- The file works embedded but also fullscreen!
- Actionscript is commented excessively
- All designs, including that of the buttons etc. are easily changed in the fla file
- Pause, navigational and fullscreen buttons can be hidden or shown from the XML file.
- Reflection can be switched on or off from the XML file.
- The reflection y-position can be defined in the XML file.
The XML is easy to understand and well-structured with a lot of examples. The same applies to the actionscript. You can basically manage the banner rotator without even having to open an fla!
