please cool down a little. You cannot expect authors to respond 7×24 because we have lives too and I have been away from work for last couple of days that’s why I couldn’t reply.

The bug has been fixed and you can re-download the updated files from your profile’s download page.
i am not angry! Far from it. Just disappointed.
Also, I am not asking for Flash Den programmers to be available 7X24, but would be nice to hear a reply, anything.
Disappointed cuzz I should’ve seen the bug when the other client asked for it to be fixed 3 weeks ago.
As you may have noticed, I am more of the “squeeky wheel” type of client.
Squeeky wheel always gets the grease.

to change the font type you need to open the KI_XML_Gallery.fla file in flash program and then find the textHolder movieclip in the library, select the textfield(s) and change the font from the properties panel.
It also appears that your help file is not correct – I can’t comment lines to remove fast forward/rewind or text. When I change the file, I’ve cleared my cache, tried a different browser, tried from a different computer, all with the same result. I can even change the names of the net and lucidstudios folders and nothing changes so clearly these actions are handled within the Flash file? All I’d like to do, like everyone else who’s having issues, is to be able open the banner in _self instead of _blank. No luck – disappointed that I wasted my money and will move on.

when you make changes in the KIXMLGallery.as file then you have to re-publish the swf file by opening the KI_XML_Gallery.fla file in flash and using Ctrl + Enter shortcut or use Test Movie command from the Control Menu.

I am trying to customize this Banner Rotator but it appears to be missing some files. There is nothing in the “as” folder and there is not a KI_XML_Gallery.fla file or a KI_XML_Gallery.fla. Am I missing something?

ok I see in one of my reply to another buyer I have mentioned KI_XML_Gallery.fla file but that was a mistake so just replace KI_XML_Gallery.fla with lucid_banner_rotator.fla because in this file the .fla file is lucid_banner_rotator.fla not KI_XML_Gallery.fla.

I purchased this file 11 months ago, I had no issue with the product until last week. It seems that the flash is currently preventing some of my pages to load. While the flash banner is being presented on several pages with-in my site, for some strange reason, it works on some of them, but not my most used pages.
Please advise.
I am currently attempting a correction via the IT department, but am hoping you can give me a more direct and immediate answer.

To resize this banner rotator do the following: 1- Open the lucid_banner_rotator.fla file in Flash IDE and change the stage dimensions as per your requirement. 2- Now open the LucidBannerRotator.as file (it is inside the net/lucidstudios folder), then find and replace 590 with the width of the stage in the .fla file you just set in step 1. 3- Now in the Flash IDE publish the swf file and you are done.
