Could you give me an example as to how I would embed the flash file into my HTML with different XML files? Currently I use this code, which loads the xml/data.xml file, as specified in the sourcecode of the flash file:

on stage area how to load a swf with it’s own (separate) xml?

You can include the file in actionscrip 2.0?

Nice file. The XML method you posted above to target a blank window is not working. Is there a way to create two more nodes in the XML , one called Link and the other called Target and then have them compiled. This needs to happen inside the text area ofcourse.

Not sure if you found another way but this (posted above) doesn’t work.

Hi, I implemented your gallery to my flash project, everything works exapt a small problem; when I publish thhe project in Output window such an error occurs: TypeError: Error #1034: Type Coercion failed: cannot convert flash.display::Loader@378b8031 to flash.display.MovieClip. at 1_fla::MainTimeline/onClick() what should I do?

So, I’ve purchased the gallery. But i’m having some issues when i load the file on my ftp. It works great on my local machine, but when i post it looks as if its searching for the images. The image folder is where it should be. I actually just unzipped and put all the files up to test. The wheel keeps spinning.

Any thoughts?

Ok i figured it out. apparently drewamweaver doesn’t like the utf – encoding in your file. i just saved it from text edit, and it worked.

Nice file, everything works but I’d like to customize it. How can I add a slideshow to the large image area with ‘next’ and ‘previous’ buttons? I want to keep all the existing function of the scroll and thumbs. I can make buttons but not sure about the scripts.

I have a full as3 oop site, I don’t use the timeline or any frames. My question is, it’s possible to insert your gallery in my site using just classes? loading the classes / making an object of your class and copying the gallerfy folder to my project?

Hi, I purchased this gallery increased the gallery to 14 images, it works fine on my desktop but when I load to my server it loads the first 4 images and then stops…...any help would be appreciated

I have a question. So far my experience with th e authors in active den has been less than productive. Maybe because their files are out of date or something I do not know. However I would like to know is it possible to have multiple galleries or to create gallery selections? In other words can i create a gallery 1 2 and 3 with different category of images in them?
