If you want to use the player without changing the main width and height, you do not need Adobe Flash at all. All settings and the playlist are in a separate XML file.

If you need to change the entire player width and height, than you can use e trial version of Adobe Flash.

You can but it is not recommended. The different instances will not control each other on play/stop.

Yes PI supports streaming.

As soon as the first seconds of the song/sound are downloaded Pi will start playing.

There is no option in the XML file allowing you to keep only the “now playing” without the rest.

BUT there IS an easy solutions.

What you need to do is to enable/show the playlist, to hide the little arrow for showing/hiding the playlist so the visitor can’t hide it… and set the published height of the player with height equal to the height of the player(bar)+now playing… and you’ll have the player and the “now playing” sections only.
