Sorry but our custom department is current closed for maintenance… so we unfortunately can’t handle any new requests. I have made a note about this on the custom department page.
My installation doesn’t seem to work fine in Firefox for some reason.
It works in Chrome and Safari. It looks off in Opera, but still displays.
Doesn’t work in IE either.

You must be embedding the code incorrectly. Check your HTML . Also check for errors in your XML . I have also detailed solutions for these 2 issues on my General File FAQ

The demo version works in IE and Firefox. I had to open the FLA to adjust one of the scripts for my needs, then I republished it. That was in Flash CS4 , maybe that changed something in the SWF . It works great in Safari, Chrome and Opera. In IE and Firefox, it tells me to install the Flash plugin, although it’s already installed.

I just purchased your flash component which seems to work great. I have one issue though that I don’t understand.

You’ll see your component at the bottom of the page. It is still in test mode and the page is not “really” published.
I don’t understand why there is a “white” blending on the prictures that finally turn out to be totally hidden by this white layer ? It doesn’t do that on local only when it’s online.
Do you have any idea where this non-desired effect come from ?

Not sure what is happening there… have you edit the FLA in anyway? Seems like something has been added.

The only thing I changed in the FLA is the link to the content.xml file. I needed an absolute path http://www.blablabla.com/content.xml So nothing fancy, no extra effects … I saved the file in CS4 format, not sure it should change anything. Anyway the file is working perfectly fine on local …

help, after i change the font on the item_mc.item.txt_mc the date disappear.. how can i fix this. after i change the font only shows title and the summary text (skip the date)

There are 3 text fields, so if you change the font, you must change all three.. the one is for bold text, that’s why the date disappeared because its bold and you did not embed the new font.

Hello is it possible to somehow have additional ROWS ???
