@enizci2000, this will be possible but needs some new codes, imagin this by setting some IDs in XML file and open Internal Movie with same LinkageID or external files per Item Click.

Hello, GREAT FILE ! I do have a snag. Editing text in Microsoft Visial Web Developer – no problem. Editing the picture in Flash CS4 – no problem. When I publish it through NetObjects Fusion 11 there is a black sreen only. It seems that I can edit the file but I can not move it or publish it. It seems that if it is not in its original location, it is blank. Please advise. OUTSTANDING WORK . Regards, gowencrazy

you cant change the width on this? I have a site with 800 pixel width… can i use this under the header?

@mdsadmin, it can but needs changes both in design and a little in script and it cost you extra.

Hi, it’s possible that the ticker can be updated without close the swf?

i use in as a link for director and works fine…. in both sides… the server and the app, but if i make any change in the xml file, the flash doesn’t update…

any help please?

@ginod, i think you can load this Ticker inside a new Flash with same size with loadMovie function, then set a loop function with short Interval on this loadMovie function, the new Flash should load Ticker.swf in every few seconds and with new updated xml feed, i didn’t test it before but should work, just a Tip!

It works but poorly written AS2 code.

Looks nice, good performance.

Ok if you want to drop it into your web page, but if you intend to use the source, you’ll have to do a lot of work on it to get it to be proper AS3 .

It’s an AS2 file, sure it needs a lot of work to convert to a AS3

Hi i’ve reconfigured the text.xml and the XMLNewsTicker works on its own and in the total but the LEDTickerBoard doesn’t seem to be working even in the original once downloaded. (any clues?)

Would like to purchase this for our website, but could you please answer a question for me. Do we have to have a particular player incorporated into our site for this LEDTickerBoard to work, or can it be placed in as it’s own component?

Hello i’m just buying the ticker and yeah its sure it look great ! But i got a probleme with. I need to resize the ticker in 940*30 and i cant find how to do it ! when i touch to the ticker in fla source it change the text size and it dont respect the original text proportions. how can i change the size ….......

What a rip off. I down loaded and only the .swf work. It I open up the .fla and publish my movie, without change a thing, it will not work. I want my money back.

In the questions/answers you told warned against changing the width of the news ticker. What is the default width?
