Do you have v3? If yes, use the already existing module inside the v3 package. If not, we can try to guide you through the process. First identify the objects in the library and alter them to the shape/form you want. Then position that nvaigation objects in the stage. No code needed if not mistaken.

I’ve purchased this file, and upon utilizing it within Dreamweaver/online I have lost the ability to click through to the larger news snippet. Any ideas?

Also, is there a way I can adjust the “upper button” and “lower button” in order to prevent them from being aligned to the stage?

Please check the export settings of your file. It must be with a 100%x100% match movie. Check it out!

You’ll have to give a new position to those objects and if needed change its looks. Check the version of this module we’ve in this template.

Is there a way I can use this file without all the coding in spanish? I was looking forward to using this file, but didnt realise after purchasing it, that a lot of the code is in a different language.

is there a way to remove the blur effect to the xml news reader? It seems to get a bit chunky when scrolling through quickly. I thought it might work better as an alpha transition.

First of all we are Portuguese, not Spanish.

The code is in English but probably some of the variables used have Portuguese names but that does not really matter, although it helps. You can use those variables without having the ability to understand its names. Imagine it as a mix of strange characters. Of course we’re giving English names to our variables. This one is a little bit old. Thanks for your understanding.

Search for the blur effect on the tweens inside the actions panel of the layer ‘functions’. Alter the type of tween and/or the parameters used.

hi triworks, is possible to set the external link directly on the preview of news like in your own old website? i don’t need the function that open more info.

No, that’s not possible. You need to change the code for that to happen.

Hi triworks, first at all !HAPPY NEW YEAR ! I have a question. How can i change the color and type of font into the news showed and loaded via xml? The content inside i can change it, cause this is an dynamic test, but i didnt find another option to change the first page of the news to chage color and type of font.

SOLITUION : just comment the lines: 77 to 79 on the functions “Layer”

Hi. First i have to say this a good product, however im having some problems with it.

I have a website that loads external movie clips trough a container, and i cant make it to play this file that way.

the relative _x _y _width and _height are not working. i tried to put in a loadmovie holder but when i click the news the entire news dont appear, so i ask:

I need to change the width to 900 and height to 400. what things do i have to change. Second, play this within a movie clip loader.

Help please.
