I’m trying to change the width of the text when the news is selected but i can’t find it where you declare de .x / .y / width. How can I change it?

Hi tahadaf! I successfully resized the th boxes on Friday afternoon and everything looked great. When I opened the file today, I get the following error:

Warning: Filter will not render. The DisplayObject’s filtered dimensions (571, 103685) are too large to be drawn.

I have no idea what changed between Friday afternoon and this morning and I can’t find a resolution on Adobe’s site. Please help!!!!

That was helpful. It seems to be a CS4 issue because I’ve since made all of the same changes to the CS3 doc and all is well (so far).

Now I have one last issue – sorry – I’ve been able to resize the th files to suit my text however I cannot resize the image. It appears to be “locked.” Again, HELP !

I’m running into issues with the actual fullText news story.. It seems that the image is cut off according to the length of the fullText.. I can’t find the location to edit in order to keep the image complete. I’ve tested it on the original files as well, and if I edit the fullText and make it short enough, the image will be cut off to the height that the fullText is taking up. Any ideas?

Also.. if ya don’t mind… For the life of me, I can’t keep the th (small images) stay colored permanently.. (only the text and background do a rollover color change). I can make it stay always on for the “th” holder or always off..

I sent you an e-mail about 2 weeks ago from your profile page further explaining the problem, and I haven’t gotten a response yet so I’ll post here in hopes that I do. I can modify the mask layer just fine in the Th_photo… What I wanted to do with the Th_photo was to keep the colors active (not grayed out) permanently… I also have a problem with the “Se” files… Whenever the is very short, the image gets clipped off to the height of the text box. http://img.skitch.com/20100818-ppmeju82b7gismxmp285afd3hh.jpg <— an example.
