Hi infonaut

For the speed, open the fla file in flash, go to the actions layer an dopen the actions panel. Go to the very bottom and increase the number in the following line of code (line 219):

speed = (this._xmouse-centerX)/6500;

For the tooltip, double click the tooltip movieclip in the library, select the textfield on stage and change it to multi-line in the properties panel.

Great tip on the carousel. Thanks it worked just great. Last questions: 1. Is it possible to show the tooltip information on each picture on the carousel “directly” after it is clicked (Instead of having to hover over the picture)? 2. Is it possible to deactivate the paypal html link on the pic that pops up?

Hi, when I load this movie into an swf it isn’t aligned to the centre anymore. I had this problem with other files and managed to edit the AS to load them centered. How can I keep this movie centered in the main swf?

Hi LGlab,

I was the first to give good feedback for this one. Yesterday I spent all 8 trying to solve a problem with this ones xml.load over https protocol.

And again today for two hours. Looks like I am finally back after over a year of no problems to ask for your help with this one.

I have only to relocate the image files referred to inside the Carousel2Data.xml ? Or, how is simplest way to have rotating images regardless the https protocol ? I have already tried cross-domain.xml in site root and it didn’t not help me. What else could be possible for me please?

Please help! I purchased the paypal carousel…I have a couple of questions…please!!

1- When an image is selected, and the choice is given to pay via pay pal, can I somehow make a bulleted list above that button…that gives a few product details? If so, what might the code look like, and do I just insert it inline in the .xml file? (currently it is just a one-line option)

2- When I change the email address to mine in the .xml file, does that link the payment from a customer to my paypal account automatically?

Ooops! Sorry…there is a third question…I am using this as a link in a HTML email. I would like it to open in a new window (which it does…I use JCE editor in joomla’s CCnewsletter extension). the only thing I would like to see is the ability to change the size of the pop-up/new window this XML carousel opens in. Is there a way to do that?

How would you insert this into a XML Deep threading website?

So, how do you get the toolTipSmallText xml attribute to display without having to onRollOver mouse control?

Further, I want the toolTipSmallText data to be confined to the icon movie clip in terms of automatically resizing the text as it revolves.

The text looks very poor when placed directly into the image file. I find that it looks very clean when tooltipSmall movie clip is placed inside the icon movie clip but I am unable to display the xml data dynamically- Instead I only get the static tooltip text that comes with the tooltipSmall clip.

Please advise.
