Break down of update:
There is now no need to open the FLA file to modify this file. You can just embed the included SWF into your page and you only need to edit the XML file and you are finished.
The timing for the period between images is now stored in the XML file.
The location for the loading icon is now stored in the XML file.
The sizing of the Flash Effect to match the images is now stored in the XML file.
Improvements to the actionscript for more reliable preloading of the future images to the hidden folder.

Description
The slide show will start with a random starting image on every load, then continue sequentially from that point through your external image list.
The image list is built from an external XML file which records your image names and their path location relative to the Slide Show SWF , so this slide show is super easy to update!
Photos preload to a hidden folder, so this slideshow does not have to wait for all the images to load before starting. Rather it will load and reveal the first image and then immediately the following image will be preloaded into a hidden folder so it is ready for the slide show. The preloading continues through the entire image list.
There is a loading icon for when the images load included with this file.
The transition between images is a white flash effect.
