I love your work. It would be great to display the total amount of pictures for the user. Also the thing missing for me is a way to go Next and Previous without clicking a thumbnail. So a left and right graphic arrow somewhere and enabling keyboard keys left and right to navigate.

No, it does not support flv files or any other video format. No, it cannot scroll vertically.
