This XML based scatter plot is made in flex with the flare api’s. it is a dynamic interface that supports lots of data. This dynamic interface is easy to edit and has a lot of built in functionality that is easy to add, edit and update.
There is built in support for mouse over, as well as click events, just take a look at the code!
