This file is an extremely simple slideshow/gallery/banner with a simple masking effect. The file requires no knowledge of Tween engines etc. because it only uses a mask movieclip. The file size of the final swf is only 4 kb !
It supports as many images as wanted. All images are loaded from one xml document, which of course is easy to modify.
The interval (4 seconds in example above) can be changed simply by changing the value of a variable.
Everything in the code is well documented and described.
It’s also easy to change size of the images and slideshow.
Please note that this file is Actionscript 3.0 and can only be modified in Flash CS3 and above.
There is also a version 1 of this banner with a sharp edged mask.
