XML Slideshow with Ken Burns Effect

I have an external audio file load from the first frame head so that there’s music in the background. However, on a slow connection internet connection, the audio loads and plays before the images start to display. In addition, the first image sometimes gets skipped. Any clue why this would happen?

Great slideshow. Very easy to customize and great manual included. One thing I can’t figure out how to do is define the font that’s used. I tried adding face=blahblahblah to the font tag but that doesn’t seem to work.

Nevermind. I had the old version but now that I’ve downloaded the new version I see in your manual you address how to change the font as well. Love the new version by the way!

is it possible to make the xml file dynamic? get the xml file name from flashvars? Any help?

I purchased your slideshow and it works great when I use the swf in the Deploy folder. However when I try to use the fla file in the Source folder, the published swf doesn’t work. I just see a white swf with the black buttons.

All I want to do is add an mp3 soundtrack in the background. But like I said, when I publish it, the resulting swf is white with the black control buttons (however, I DO hear the music in the background .

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

I have purchased your slideshow, but i have a problem. Living in Denmark i need to be able to use the danish special characters æÆøØåÅ, only the first 2 show, which tells me it is not an encoding problem, could it be that the characters simply isn’t in the font used ?

Hi, is it possible by any chance to add a color effect to the transitions. I would like the images to go from black and white to colour.

How do I make it completely full screen or at least much bigger?

I’ve changed the size in about 5 or 6 places and it never gets bigger than the starting “deploy” size.

Great gallery though, hope I can get the image bigger.
