XML Slideshow with Ken Burns Effect

Hi I purchased the old version but was disappointed that it did not run full screen i.e screen border to screen border. I have just purchased the new version as your promotional image shows that it will work full screen. Can you tell me if it works full screen and if so what is the trick?

I have just bought your slideshow and it looks great!. However when I compare the slideshow in different browser I noticed that the div container then contains the slideshow is a little bit of in IE. When I use firebug voor Firefox and Webdevelpertool in IE and compare I can see that IE has some right and bottom margin. Do you have a sollution for this problem? I already have set all the margin and padding to 0.

When I look at http://activeden.net/item/xml-slideshow-with-ken-burns-effect/full_screen_preview/32354 a notice the same problem in IE.

Hello, the slideshow apparently doesnt unload each image after it is replaced. I think this is giving me issues with the slideshow freezing up after 7-8 images. How can I code the slideshow to unload images after they are no longer being viewed? Thanks!

I read through the all descriptions and read “HTML captions” so I thought “Yeah – HTML captions!” – but now I had to find out that you only support dead-simple text tags – and only some of them :/

I bought this fla to include small logos as pngs in the captions. But I can’t.

Is it possible to add this behaviour or – sorry – where can I get my money back?

I really like this slideshow. Thanks! After I purchased it I read that it has to be installed at the root of the site. Unfortunately, I’m with BigCommerce.com who won’t give access to the root.

So, I can get the slideshow to work within a directory: http://thisbrilliantlife.com/content/ But I need it to sit in that directory and work on the homepage.

Presumably this means I have to change some paths… but this isn’t my area of expertise at all… Could you possibly explain what to edit to make this work in this circumstance?

If you can help I’ll make a point of promoting this to BigCommerce users because it really is excellent!

Yes I used absolute paths on the images. I tried to put absolute paths in the script but may have been putting them in the wrong place/s (sorry I’m a marketer not a coder) I’d be very grateful if you could specify where to put absolute paths here (Please just put an X where I should put absolute paths):

Okay… Yes, I’ve used absolute paths for the images and I’ve used an absolute path for xmlPath.

But no luck. Is there anywhere else I should put absolute paths so it’s not trying to pull from the root.

I appreciate any help you can give. I really want to get this working.
