In the HTML embed code you need to set allowFullScreen parameter equal to true.

If you do a google search you’ll find a lot of articles about how to add that parameter to your embed code.

If you ask me, the best way to embed the SWF is with SWFObject (the method I use in the HTML code that comes with this player)

I have FONT error message when I try to export this flash to SWF .

Fonts should be embedded for any text that may be edited at runtime, other than text with the “Use Device Fonts” setting. Use the Text > Font Embedding command to embed fonts.

Could u tell me what type of font I should embedding and how to do it? This is the font u used on the video listing.

Open the FLA file and go to the library. In there you will see a MovieClip called “list item”. Double click on that to go into edit mode and you will see two text fields. The title is Arial Bold and the description is Arial Regular. Embed those and you should be alright.

This player works with an XML playlist. If you have a good server side programmer, I’m sure it can be done. Only thing to keep in mind is that the final list this player reads is XML .

Yes i can embed the font but now it appear funny. This is the 1st problem I have which I at first thought it was the font which I didnt embeded. This works really well before but latey it has become like this.

Basically you need to embed the fonts you are using. If you need more details about how to embed fonts in flash, please read this article: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flash/quickstart/embedding_fonts.html

Hallo, Sorry I didnt explain that the wording got all cut off on the menu. So it doesnt make sense. I have checked the XML file and all are OK but it appear funny in flash.

The XML is not a problem. Check to see if you have the fonts embedded.

Hallo, After looking at this I don’t think this is the font problem and it`s also not the XML file.

Maybe if u could look at this link below, you will know why. The video list on the LHS are written in full. Eg. the 1st one supposed to be “Where is Matt” (as in XML ) but it was only showing, “here is att” with missing W and M. This also happened to the rest of the list as u can see.

It’s definitely a font problem. You embedded only the lower case characters.

Hey hey sorry im a bit of a newb with flash but im having one problem.

The gallery works fine on its own but when I import the gallery swf in to my website swf I get an error saying “security sandbox violation – tried to access incompatible context”
